there’s no such thing as loving dress up games too much.

as for the johndave, I don’t really have any sort of story behind that- when I first started homestuck and following homestuck blogs, there were a lot of people who posted johndave and davekat. I just decided I liked johndave more than the latter, so I stuck with it!

oh my gosh just recently deaf? like, in one ear / partially? or entirely deaf? (unless you don’t feel like sharing that info, I don’t mean to pry)

um but my first fandom was probably the Tsubasa Chronicles (an anime / manga by CLAMP). I wasn’t too active, and just kind of wrote fanfictions, but I suppose it counts. the first fandom I was really involved in was Hetalia. it was a wonderful community and lots of fun for the couple of years I was a part of it uvu!
